Behind the Behaviour
Early Childhood Training
A half-day professional development workshop that gives early childhood educators and support workers a practical framework for reading behaviour as communication, moving from reaction to response, and from frustration to understanding. Built as a natural companion to Through their Eyes, this workshop takes the insight built in that course and turns it into in-the-moment language and practice.
